This is sheer harassment for customer.. Does ur duty end by sending bill n giving due date ultimatum to customer.. Is there no responsibility for Airtel to look into service requests.. With the way this is going I m forced to switch to other service provider due to lack of service.. My due date states 28jun n I still hv my issues open… I need call from airtel customer care by end of day today 27jun else I will not be honouring any of my dues n discontinue services…
