My bill is generated and i am seeing that airtel remove the discount of 200 rs on my current plan. I am using this connection from last 3 years and still airtel doesn’t think twice to remove this discount so i want to discontinue this connection because its out of my budget to pay 900 rs.. I cant afford this so please i am requesting you to discontinue my connection. Even airtel customer support call me and he told me not to discontinue the connection he can gave me 1000gb data and also give waiver of 400 on my bill and continue the discount of 200 rs in my plan but 5 days gone nothing happened no data is given to me no waiver of 400rs given to me no notification comes to my email..i really disappointed with customer support …
