This is about internet broadband airtel fiber xstream it’s not working since 13 th may lodged complaint at customer service and service request number is : 117472154
and technician name AMIT ARORA given by service centre
techniciam Amit ARORA came and checked he said issue with wire it will resolve in 1 hour he went and did not came back called him AMIT ARORA

he itself sent message from my mobile VISIT Y at this number +919650096500 and said he is coming back in one two hours , he did not then called him he said he is coming he did not requested him tell me it will fix today or not he said yes I m coming then at 3pm called again he said he is on the way coming at our place we waited all day and he kept lying and wasted our time , it’s literally customer harassment
mat 7:26 pm I called 121 and spoke to RAHUL he said I putted ur request at top it will fix by tomorrow morning between 10 to 11 am no one turn up called AMIT ARORA +918448194638
he said straight away complaint about me and I can’t fix it this is the customer service provided by airtel to customers we pay bill on time and this is what we get in return in terms of customer service they hire unprofessional staff like AMIT ARORA who don’t know anything about customer service lie to customers and harass customers bloody baddest baddest customer service and technicians bloody time wasters we were with other provider and ur consultant came door to door and said we got highest speed and better customer service we were even not interested to get the connection he kept coming we took the connection now this customer service we getting….. called again 121 and spoke to sachin after AMIT ARoRa refused the job and sachin said he putted note about Amit arora now I want to know when will our issue will get resolved it really bad service bad technician service rude behaviour provided
