For the last 72 hours . I have been struggling to get my Airtel broad band connection transfer.
Your colleagues at ground level are highly incapable to provide simple services .
As many as 5 escalations has happened and every time only empty promises and false apologies are given without any concrete results ?

Pls advise with the process of closing this account forever as it seems you have lost interest in business and consumers .
