Issue : Complaint about Airtel Broadband connection
This is to bring to your notice that i have paid for your Broad band connection on March 21 as i got a call from one of your customer care representative stating i will get connection on same day evening. Executive Name : Saraswathi ( Ph # :9551090040) i shared documents to this number. I’ve also attached screenshot of my payment made.
I understand the situation due to Covid but the false promise made by your agent i cannot tolerate it , i said this is very urgent requirement due to Work from home , she said no worries pay the amount you will get it . I need the connection to be in place ASAP or else refund my amount so i can go to a different ISP who is ready today to give connection.
I’m your mobile service also for quite a long period hope this will be considered.
