Text of Complaint by Neeraj Vashistha:

My outgoing voice/data services were blocked. And I am required to do recharge to retain my number on a regular basis
How can you close the service if
-I had more than Rs.160,on this SIM and have been using the SIM
-There were no messages sent out to indicate that my SIM is going to be blocked
As per TRAI’s Telecom Consumers Protection (Sixth Amendment) Regulations,2013, following breaches took place for SIM deactivation
-blocked before 90 days of non-usage
-blocked without informing the customer in advance
-blocked with current balance more than Rs.20
On contacting Customer Service,I was updated there is a new guideline from TRAI accordingly my number’s outgoing service was blocked, request you to send me a copy of that as it is unavailable anywhere in public domain and if that is not possible, renew my SIM validity for lifetime usage as this is totaly unfair means employed to rob consumer
