Text of Complaint by Kareena Gupta:

I booked hotel room through MakeMyTrip app and paid full amount online. During checking at hotel, the hotel staff refused and said they have not received any such booking . I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care. The customer care agent said that I should find an alternative booking and pay for it myself.
