I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue tied to my order 171-5175971-4921916.
As per the attached email received from your customer care representative, I was assured that I could place a new order for the same item and that Amazon would reimburse the difference amount (₹6320.69) to my Amazon Pay balance once the return window of the new order closed.
Old Amount: 38665.69
New Amount: 44990
I followed the instructions in good faith and placed the new order, expecting the promised refund. However, despite the clear written commitment, no reimbursement has been issued so far. Your support team has now stopped responding or is denying the previously agreed resolution.
This not only violates the commitment made by your representative but also reflects poorly on the trust Amazon has built over the years.
I request immediate resolution of this issue and the release of the promised reimbursement to my Amazon Pay account.
