I bought Converse 70s Chuck Taylor (Black) shoes from their website for approx Rs. 3000 and I was sent a local brand shoes instead. I have been trying to reach their customer service but their wesbite is non-functional now and their whatsapp doesn’t respond either. I need a refund ASAP.
