We had placed an order for a bag worth 2999 which we paid for online but the item that we received was completely different and not even worth 100 rupees. We filed a return request and received no response from their side. We even tried contacting them via their emailID and WhatsApp numbers but they were nowhere to be found. By now their website seems to have been decommissioned, we are also trying to file a consumer case via edaakhil.
