It is more than a year i have been discussing about the increase of the speed limit of the Airtel Broad Band Connection in my locatlity, but it is still being discussed only in the air.
Despite of the multiple commitments from the Technical side and even sales persons discussion about availability of 40 MBPS Speed in my Locality is a question again.
Which gives a kind of surprises either Sales is bluffing or the Technical team is not updated nor not inclining to look on the customer issue and provide the clear picture on this.
You could track my history for the list of calls that has been placed for the discussion. Also the latest one with Mr.Revanth with the Discussion id : 950957285 is also evident about from my side towards the improvement of the speed as well.
But just simply saying NO, Then why should i be with your as a privileged customer and be with the limited available of Speed of 2 MBPS and not even a single step taken from the Airtel to improve it.
