BoxHerowear.com is a fraud website and has copied the BoxHero.co website. I am not satisfied with the underwear received and requested a refund. They responded to my email weeks later until I reported them to Shopify. Then they went on to say they could not refund me the money because I opened the package. The package came from a Hazel and not from Box Hero. They are not abiding by their Refund policy.
