I recently placed an order for BOXHERO innerwear.
Order #81222
Product name :- Box hero bamboo latest (combo) Fibre boxer shorts underwear- M
However, Upon receiving the package, I noticed the following issues
– I ordered 5+5 pieces as shown in their promotional ads, but only 4 pieces were delivered & that too of wrong size.
– The material received is very cheap quality & different from what was mentioned in the product description.
I mailed my complaint to the given customer care id but failed to get any response.
These crooks are fraud with so many online complaints against them.
These people should be stopped & need to take strict action as they are fooling people with false ads & taking away peoples hard earned money.
– Wrong size
– Cheap Quality
-Less quantity
I received polyester instead of the item I ordered. I informed the seller, and they replied that I would receive a partial refund of 35%. After a long argument, they told me to choose another product, but I had to pay the delivery costs myself. I paid the delivery fee, but one month later I still have not received anything, and they are no longer responding to my emails. I do not find them to be trustworthy sellers.
