I had ordered Boxhero bamboo fiber boxer briefs for all days comfort (5+5) costing Rs.598 vide reference no. AWB#13638618629670 , order #6065807 and ref . invoice # globalcart351519906 dtd.09.12.2024 through M/s Global carts stores but when i got wrong product and i have tried to approach courier service i.e M/s Delhivery service to resolve the issue because i have paid payment Rs. 598/- through google pay directly to M/s Delhivery . but They said that your should contact to sender now nobody gives proper reply, pl. help me and resolve it.

I ordered 10 pcs of box hero bamboo underwear with order no – 22171 on 2nd Jan 2025.
Today on 7th Jan 2025 I got my delivery through bluedart and I paid 699 rs. And to my surprise when I opened I got 4 pcs of local cotton underwear of VIP and Cozi instead of 10 pcs of bamboo underwear.
I called on query number 9968538342 neither it is on WhatsApp nor number is getting connected.
Even the email id given is wrong: supportindia@boxhero.in
Kindly replace it with original product or refund my money.
