Hello Team,
I made a purchase online by using website: www. boxgig.in amounting to rupees 2499 on August 18th 2020 using my card details. I have written to their email ID:helpboxgig@gmail.com thrice with no response. I received an order confirmation email on 18th AugustĀ 2020, since then no updates.
The amount has been charged on the card with no further details. Now I cant even find thus website. I am attaching screen shots of payment and order confirmation.
Could you please help in getting me a refund? I had ordered this for my child as most schools now have online classes.
