Respected Sir/Madam,
I made an online purchase on boxgig.in for an amount of Rs.2999/- on 18th August 2020.
I received an email confirming my order but did not receive it. I have sent follow up email to boxgig’s email ID: helpboxgig@gmail.com but received no response.
could you please help in getting me a refund. Thank you
