Sae an ad for DeckNine furniture from YouTube. The furniture was heavily discounted. Bought an office chair online from DeckNine on Feb 14,2022. The company address listed on the website was from Surat, Gujarat. The transaction was completed via BHIM pay. I suspected something was wrong when I did not receive any email acknowledging the purchase. There is no customer service number available to call. Emails sent have not been responded to. DECKNINE is a SCAM!!!
