Text of Complaint by Felix Kiprono Bett:

I bought data on the 3rd of may via the Airtel App and did not receive the data. I logged the complaint and I was told the issue would be resolved by 5th May. To date, nothing has been done and all efforts to speak to an agent have been futile. Please advise on the matter. I am becoming impatient. It has been close to a month now.
