Text of Complaint by Bhawana Agrawal:

I had purchased Bosch top loading washing machine (Model no WOE702D0IN sr no 00504284198120015745) on 26 June 2019.

Machine started stopping in between the set program and had to be restarted to complete the washing cycle. I had lodged complaint in Jan Feb 2020. The problem still persists despite multiple visits by technician and replacement of parts too. All this is happening through the pandemic exposing my family to the health hazard.

Current issues:

  1. Machine starts at 85 timing irrespective of the clothes (weight)
  2. E3 is displayed many times during the washing cycle (though frequency is reduced)
  3. Water isn’t draining out currently after I shifted to new address as below Sandeep Agrawal Flat no 1101, Maa Laxmi Avenue, plot no 27, sector 36, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai 410209 (Mobile 8369723290, 9085075557)
  4. I had asked for replacement of the washing machine as it isn’t getting restored to work as desired in automatic mode.  The company is not responding now.
