I ordered 4 books from Boookd in June 2022 and received my order on time. They gain the trust of customers by providing good services for the 1st time. I ordered 5 books for Rs.550 for the 2nd time in June 2023 and they said COD is not available, as I had purchased from them earlier with good experience I agreed to prepay for the order and sent them the screenshot of payment. They didn’t send me any order ID or tracking link. I kept texting them for a tracking link but they said I’ll receive it once my order reaches the near hub. After 2 weeks they stopped replying to my messages and eventually blocked me.
Being a student Rs. 550 is a big amount for me. I tried calling them but their number no longer exists. I either want my money back or my book order.
