Dear Sir/Madam,
With regret I do narrate that I had ordered few books on Amazon.in Portal. The Money for the books had been paid in advance in full long ago. Many of the books were delivered excepting 2 which were not delivered yet they showed it as been delivered. I had contacted the courier agency as well as the customer care executives who had only provided me with the solution that they are refunding it back. However, this was not intended and desired by me who had gone on to pay the money with the idea of having the book for a purpose. Yesterday and today, 1 each on each day was not delivered yet it showed to be delivered on the portal of which I not know why and how? I had an argument with the courier agency who denied total responsibility repeatedly and hence dismissed the issue. The Customer Care Team had initiated the refund for 1 book but none the other complying for a refund against one and a wait for the other. Its very shocking that they showed its status been delivered. I had raised the issue and they had escalated them but its not going to solve my concern as the books were very urgent for I intended to give some one as gift and not would have nothing to present her. Then the book is not available for ordering for the same price and it was tagged a price of Rs. 2000.00 higher which is an impediment towards my interests. The Other one is supposedly misplaced by courier as had been told to me by customer care representative and hence I am not sure whether I would get it or not. This instance of misplacement and utter denial of responsibility by courier persons leaving me with the option of returning it back as the only option, when it was needed very earnestly, is a total disgrace for Amazon and an unprecedented event for me as it had never been before. Therefore with the view of receiving my books delivered to my address and saving further harassment on my part, I write this small article to notify the legal authorities to look and investigate into the matter and find out who is responsibility for this……is it the seller who is selling the books or the employees of Amazon who is responsible for the purchase or it is the courier who had been responsible for this and act of utter disgrace.
