This site has taken my money and not giving it back and the book that I ordered at that time was not showing any status and when I called by going at the ‘Contact Us’ section it didn’t pick up the call till I called 7 times then it picked up and said that the book is currently unavailable and has been lost due to high shipment orders and he said that he will process complete refund by the end of the day and he processed but the money has not come till now and it has been 15 days of the issue of refund.
