I have booked a tablet with cost of 4299 today 13-jul-2020 at 5 PM through online e-commerce site bookmytab.com. Payment via paytm wallet. Is suspected immediately post the transaction as the additional discount for online booking did not happen. Contacted bookmytab- it says switched off. Wrote to their support team [it bounced]. Called paytm 24×7 and reported a fraud complain in 1 hour and followed it with them for last 4 hours , but paytm is least bothered and not responsive . Despite reporting a fraud at paytm, they have not even called me for last 3 hours. I have logs of all interactions. I have requested paytm to stop payment and refund my monies within 1 hour of the transaction in a very timely manner and expect them to be responsible and deal with all agility and speed of light [but they are grounded on inertia and they also deserve to shut shop]. Please help to bring these criminals behind bars and help all who have suffered this fraud, including me to get our monies back .
