RESPECTED SIR/MAM,
I ordered wizpad tab through bookmytab online,once payment done,didnt receive any confirmation mail regarding my order,so just called customer care number what they given in the website for several times,they didnt pick it up.After sometime got the call from some other unknown number,he said your order is cancelled we will refund the money,for that we need your bank details such as card number and so on,i told them just refund my money through phone pe or google pay that doesnot required any account number or card number.Then he told me no we will not refund the money via google pay or phonepe and he disconnected the call.Very big online cheaters,kindly help me for refund and please do the needful for others should not cheat by this company again.
