I was booked a ticket for a show which was about to start in 30 mins using my mobile and registered email id. Later I logged in verify my ticket and it shows that my ticket is no longer valid to the number logged in. This is completely cheating that they don’t do refund for the movie tickets with their wrong configuration. Application team doesn’t have responsibilities to loot money that is 700 rupees from my account.
