I had tried to book a hotel yesterday (10th November 2020) from Cochin through the Makemytrip application. The session was timed out and booking was unsuccessful but cash was deducted and till now i haven’t refunded. I tried to contact them no such use because there are no such contact number to file a complaint. i tried with my bank and they said i need to ask the make my trip company whether they received the cash in their bank or not. there are no such contact number to check this. i had emailed them still no answer from their end. I don’t know what should i do now.
