Dear Agoda,

I am Mohammad Shariq Munir and I am AGODA VIP PLATINUM Customer.

Today@ 12.11 AM Dubai time I have booked a studio room in star metro.
The amount deducted from my bank account but no confirmation email yet.
The details of the transaction is below-

Thank you for using your Kotak Debit Card X2899 for Rs31,560.09 at RETAIL
DOMESTIC PT MUM on 22-03-2021.Avl bal is Rs.6,18,779.01.Not you?Visit

Transaction reference number-108110001497
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible either send me booking
confirmation or refund my money back.
