We booked 3 tickets and after paying the amount it said your booking is in progress. After few minutes someone called us saying booking is not confirmed as no seats are available and we need to pay additional 1800 to get it done . This company is a fraud and I hope strict action is taken against the people involved.we still haven’t received our refund .
