Text of Complaint by Pushpinder singh:

Sir i am pushpinder singh i have booked hotel room at fab hotel apline hilden shimla via agoda company app on 23 dec 2022 my account was debited by rs 2210.56 next day on 24 dec 2022 hotel person told us that agoda has not any type of contract online with their hotel , many of passengers there was facing same inconvenience I was severly haraseed by agoda company I have paid full amount to book the room even hotel person said us that they have also filled complain t against agoda. Agoda company has done this fraud with many of customers. I have requested to call center for refund of claim by cancellation of booking . Booking id 851660637 . I have requested so many times to agoda customer care persons to refund my hard earned money but they every time giving useless excuses and said do what ever you want to but we didn’t refund the amount.
Mistake was done at their end agoda team I was made several request to kindly refund my full amount rs 2210.56 but they didn’t pay heed to y request
