I was looking for booking for 31st Dec 2021 at Sun N Sand hotel Mumbai. I had filled all the details for the same as required and had also done payment. My payment got deducted from bank but the website shows payment failed. I tried calling on agoda toll free number but they require booking id which is not provided by them. I kindly request you to please look into this matter asthis is a big time cyber crime by taking money of the customer and not returning back or giving and bookin.
