I tried booking a ticket on travolook on 27 May 2021 but booking was canceled before confirmation customer service told it would be refunded within 15 days. I booked again on 28 May it was successful and was traveled by passenger. But I haven’t received the refund customer service not responding. I complained on consumer service but company reply and gave 2nd booking reference number and it was boarded and traveled. And the person investigating didn’t cross check the reference numbers and closed the complaint.
