Initially I have request for new Jio Air Fiber connection through MyJio app with Rs 1000.00 and sales executive name Abhimanyu call and reached me to pay 4270rs for advance payment for 6 months pack.
Post then Service engineer name Leo Lawrence came next day and said installation is not possible due frequency range is above 70 percentage. Then post sales person Abhimanyu call and said they are not accepting to install due to I am from different location from your service completed the lead .
So I have contacted customer service and connected to the supervisor and given cancellation and refund of the payment of Rs 5270 RS but plan advance paymen t of Rs 4270 have been credited but rs 1000 not credited to my account and I have call help desk several times till date no one provided resolution and I felt ver disappointed with your service.
When I am contacting customer service response provided them was not responsible and people doesn’t have knowledge to handle the customer complaint and system. Kindly hear recordings there is no professional handling is not seen. I want immediate response on the same.
I want refund as soon as possible.
