I had booked a connection with airtel after their sales team reached out to me and I was told that airtel wifi is available in my locality. They asked me to pay a booking amount of 3532 but after paying the amount they informed me that airtel is not available in my locality and my amount will be refunded within 5-7 days. It has been 2 weeks and my amount is still not refunded.
