I was booked movie tickets using payment method as google pay in PVR cinemas on 16th Sep 2023 7.09PM , The amount was debited in my account Rs.874.96. After reach with customer support – the agent told me the amount will be refund within 10working days , after 10 days again reach for the customer his telling wait for 3days in Twice
Moreover 15days gone still my amount not credited to my bank account.
Please help me to get the money as soon as possible.
