I book a ticket through IRCTC ixigo helpline:-637-OO4.92 77 PNR refund site …But it was showing in waiting list…later on it was not confirmed. So it was cancelled automatically…but still after 10 days refund is not credited to my account. i send many emails to irctc regarding this…but no action is taken by IRCTC.
