- I booked a product on 14 April 2020 during lockdown , but as all we know during lockdown no courier service were working so I haven’t decide to register complaint about delay in delivery , but after lockdown it has been 2 month but still I haven’t received my order , I have reminded them many time through mails and by telephonic on their no. 9623477888 but haven’t get any satisfactory respond from them …now I want you to take necessary action against them , warn them not to do this again , and want to give me compensation regarding the tension , mental harassment that have done by them .
