I booked the JioAirFiber net on the 26th of Jan 2024 and paid Rs 1000/- (One Thousand only). I have not got any response from the Jio team/Customer service team till today.
I have connected and raised multiple complaints to the Jio customer care team. No one is responding to my concerns.
Today also I connected with the Jio customer care team, and they are saying they do not have a standard time to fix this issue. I suggested them if they are unable to provide the Internet/Wifi service to the booked location I asked them to refund the amount. They are not even responding and not sure how they run the business without a standard timeline/policy. It is a shame for the company and customer care team.
I request you please cancel this order and refund the amount which I paid in advance, I have attached the invoice copy.
