Booked hotel through Goibibo for Hotel Apsara Mussoorie for 18th June checkin and 19th June checkout. I called hotel at approx 9.30pm that I am coming when I reached hotel hotel was closed i tried calling hotel and also done WhatsApp message hotel front desk which is 24×7 was not working They didn’t respond me i complain goibibo that time also but didn’t get any support Now when I am asking for refund they are denying by saying that we have called you in day for confirmation but you didn’t picked call so we cancelled.i have booked hotel by paying Rs 22414 online and it was clearly mentioned you don’t need to confirm for checkin just go and check in direct.
I feel I have been cheated i want my money back.
I have given all proof my call details screenshot that I have called hotel at 9.30 pm that I am coming and WhatsApp message screenshot of approx 2pm that hotel is not responding
