On 13th August I booked a hotel in yelagiri with confirmation no. 753844229 in BH Residency but when I reached the hotel, the hotel staff denied entry stating that there is no booking. I contacted the customer care twice at 13:56 & 14:02 but both the time they were un cooperative for which I faced a lot of trouble and was unable to find a hotel that day .
