Hello sir,
This is mahesh,booked ticket from Pathankot to Hyderabad on 28th December 2020.(total 9 passengers).The flight from Pathankot to Delhi was delayed by 5 hours..as per policy more than 2 hours delay will get refund.I requested make my trip to give the refund.They asked all the proofs and documents,after making several calls and emails they finally said u don’t get any refund..please take appropriate action on MakeMyTrip..I am advising all the people,please be careful while booking in MakeMyTrip..
