I’ve been facing terrible experience with paytm (refund of flight ticket) support team.
Being a loyal customer nvr experienced dz before.
I understand pandemic situation I booked ticket from Paytm vendor on march 2nd and cancelled my flight ticket on 2 march.since then there is no proper resolution/action provided details provided as follows.

Its been four months now and am waiting for my refund. I have contacted multiple time this is my last hope to raise complaint with you team.
I’ve tried reaching paytm via – phone, email, twitter yet no response on my refund. Attaching details of communication.
