I have booked bus ticket on 14th sept to travel on 15th sept from lanja, Maharashtra to mumbai, pickup time 19.00 we waited for 2.5 hrs at pickup point and trying to reach coordinator hemant bandekar number for bus status but he switched off his phone. Then we contacted another person no as given on redbus app shiva manjrekar and he was also giving some shit reason to us and when we confirned with driver and customer after boarding bus then came to know that they unnecessary kept bus waiting to fill remaining bus seats so it is pathetic and terrible experience with redbus and that giroba travels. I need my refund as more than 15 hrs wasted in travelling.
