I have booked 2 bus tickets on Paytm on 2nd Feb 2021 from Karnal to Manali. The Journey date was on 3rd of Feb 2021 at 11:15 PM. However, the bus operator called me on 2nd of Feb 2021 at 11:40 pm to board a bus at midnight without prior information. Also, the Arrival time to Manali on the ticket is shown as 10:45 AM 3rd Feb 2021. Meaning before the departure time. It is clearly the fault of Paytm and they have denied initiating the refund. I request someone to take strong action them. They are clearly doing fraud.
