I have booked a ticket from naidupeta to bangalore for my wife and 2 children. The reporting was at 20:00 on 15/01/2024 but the bus left the naidupeta station at 19:10 hours which was 50 minutes earlier than the reporting time. We contacted the help desk at bus station and the responce was very poor. When we called the driver he was blaming his officials. My wife with 2 children waited there for 2 hours and got a bus to tirupati , from there travelled through KSRTC bus to reach bangalore
