I had requested my new TATA Sky connection for which I already made a online payment of Rs 1700/- Not to be delivered to me for it was not allowed in my society to Get new connections from outside and even after 3 complaints in 3 months I did not receive my money back and everytime I complaint I am told that my phone no. was not reachable so they closed the complaint while my phone number is fully functional and there is no issue of such kind from my office works and personal work.
