Text of Complaint by Om prakash Garg:

Dear sir,
I booked a room in oyo flagship 70281, Rishabh inn in Delhi for 4-5 December 2022 through goibibo in 369 rs only but when I reached there hotel denied me admission said that I have to pay 1000 rs more. When I called goibibo they also said that they are helpless and can refund my 369 rs only. My point is that as they were offering me hotel room in such a cheap price so I took taxi to reach that hotel spending 500 rs in taxi also next cheapest hotel i got in 800 rs that too after spending 2-3 hrs on road. More importantly next day also they were showing that hotel on their website in 450 rs only. So what I want to say that they are befooling people by showing less price on website and then charging more money from customer when he reached there. I want compensation for all mental and physical harassment i went through because of this. And also if you can teach a lesson to this fraud company so that next time they don’t befool people like me .
