I booked a prepaid cab for 1st Jan 2020 from Bangalore airport to BTM layout. The pick up time was 10 pm. I kept calling the driver but he did not respond for at least an hour. Then I had to book an airport taxi again and travel back home. Now MakeMyTrip is not responding to my complaints.
