Text of Complaint by Shekhar Chakraborty:

I had booked a OYO Room in Kolkata from March 2, to March 13, 2024, paid advance booking amount of Rs1828=00 (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred & Twenty Eight only), upon reaching the hotel the Manager refused check in, reason that OYO has given the booking below their minimum tariff. Booked Guest was accompanied by a elderly women my sister. When I called the OYO customer care they washed their hands by apologizing. I had to frantically hop from one place to another for a reservation within my budget. I want a legal option to get justice for the gross harassment. My booking fee is also not yet refunded. My OYO Rooms booking ID was ID: OPS61889. The property Address was OYO Sradhanjali Guest House. 25 A, Near Edu-Best, 27A, Raja Basanta Roy Rd, Lake Market, KalighatNear Metro Station, Lake Mall, Kalighat, Kolkata-700029.
