Dear sir/madam,
This is pradeep Kumar, yesterday I booked a hotel at the time of 7:24pm dated on (23/012020) through goibibo they accepted my booking they have taken my payment also and they confirmed me a hotel at nellore.we reached hotel at early morning 2:00 AM (24/01/2020),we are show the booking id I ask for room they said we are not accepting goibibo,oyo,etc.as we asked the why your not accepting online booking ,they rudly bhevaing with me.and I complaint police also he came but not slove the issue.and he provide the written letter also and he told me what ever you want you can do .
Note:I get a lot of struggle at the time of 2:55Am (no traveling facility).I contact goibibo customer care they also not supported me at the time
