We had booked flights from Mumbai to Goa for 2 people which costed us 5280/- INR and a return flight from Goa to Mumbai for 4719.32/- INR. Agoda had confirmed the booking and we had paid already. Later on they sent an email confirming the bookings have been cancelled and we will receive an email. We then booked another round trip flight from other website and paid them. Agoda had then emailed us stating that we still have bookings with them hence they won’t refund. We asked them about that email we had received from AGODA confirming the cancellation. They said nothing and they hung up. Since then we have been trying to call them but unfortunately we got tricked and we never heard from them.
